Professional Speaking & Training
Dr. Steiner is passionate about helping patients and therapists live life to the fullest. She gives keynote addresses, leads workshops, is a motivational speaker, and consults with patients, organizations, practicing therapists, attorneys, and health care workers. Her Law and Ethics presentations can be presented as inspirational keynote presentations, in-service training events, half or all-day workshops, group discussions, etc.
Dr. Steiner first made her comprehensive professional will system available in 1999, and has continued to make it more user-friendly and accessible. She has been giving Law and Ethics workshops about The Psychotherapist’s Professional Will since 2004 and teaching about this taboo topic since 1999. Organizations she has presented this topic to include: The American Group Psychotherapy Association, California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, Herrick Hospital Dept. of Psychiatry Grand Rounds, International Human Learning Resources Network, Kaiser Hospital, Contra Costa Psychological Association, and The Psychotherapy Institute.
